# High Binding Streptavidin Coated 96-Well Plates

An exceptionally effective platform for capturing biotinylated molecules — proteins, peptides, polysaccharides, oligonucleotides, DNA fragments — and specifically designed for **measuring biotinylated low molecular weight molecules**.

High binding streptavidin is a **polymer composed of 6–8 streptavidin molecules**, offering more biotin-binding sites per well than standard streptavidin. Compared with standard streptavidin-coated surfaces, this variant is particularly suited to indirect and competitive assays, enabling accurate measurement of biotinylated low molecular weight targets. The increased binding capacity ensures greater sensitivity and stability where high performance and precision are critical.

The difference is meaningful on **small molecules**: on large molecules such as HIgG the two surfaces perform comparably. Choose high binding when the target is a biotinylated low molecular weight molecule and sensitivity is the constraint.

## Storage

Unopened, stable at 2–8°C until the expiration date on the label. Once opened, store in a closed pouch with desiccant and use within the expiration date.
