One Reagents Starter Kit includes:

• 1 x 100 ml Sample Diluent
• 1 x 50 ml ELISA Wash buffer 20X
• 1 x 100 ml Diluent for HRP
• 1 x 0.1 ml 20X concentrated goat anti mouse IgG/A/M-HRP conjugate (optional) – suggested final dilution 1:30k
• 1 x 55 ml TMB reagent
• 1 x 55 ml Stop Solution

Every single unit contains reagents to test 5 plates.
